Due to the nature of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contact, & therefore we are unable to accommodate food allergies or severe food sensitivities at this time.

Cookie Care & Storage
To ensure your cookies remain as fresh & beautiful as possible:|
- Keep cookies out of direct sunlight & away from heat.
- Store at room temperature in an airtight container for several days.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for 1–2 weeks.
- Freeze for 3–6 months in airtight freezer bags or well-wrapped airtight packaging.
- For the best taste & texture after refrigeration or freezing, allow cookies to come to room temperature & microwave for approximately 6 seconds before serving.
- Please handle decorated cookies carefully, as icing details can be damaged by pressure or impact.
Payment Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking & order date. Deposit payment can be made by eTransfer to: elysha.jackson@gmail.com 
Your order is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of pickup, payable by: Cash or eTransfer. Orders will not be released until payment has been received in full.
Cancellation Policy: Because each order is custom made specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order, your deposit will be forfeited to cover time, preparation, & materials already invested. If you have requested edible images for your order & cancel after the image order has been placed, you will be charged the full amount for the images. The deposit amount quoted to you by the baker will be determined by the szie of your requested cookie order. 
Changes to Orders: Changes to designs, quantities, or pickup dates may not be possible once work has begun. Any requested changes are subject to availability & may result in additional charges though we will do our best to accommodate last minute adjustments.
Pickup & Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon pickup. Once cookies have been picked up, responsibility for proper transportation, storage, & handling transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after pickup. 
Pickup Location: The exact pick up location is given after the order is placed for safety reasons as we are a home bakery but for ease of planning your route, the location is pinned at the bottom of this page and the cross streets are E 11th ave & Glen Drive, Vancouver, BC, Canada, V5T 4B5.

 

Artistic Design: Every cookie is handmade and individually decorated. While every effort is made to match inspiration photos or requested designs, slight variations in colour, detail, & decoration are normal & part of the handmade nature of the product.
Photography: Unless otherwise requested by the customer, we reserve the right to photograph completed orders & use the images for our portfolio, website, & social media. We will however adhere to requests to post the photographs after a ceratin date so that the cookies can remain a surprise for the customers’ event.
Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including illness, severe weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen events) prevent us from fulfilling your order, any payments received beyond work already completed will be refunded, or your order may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.
Inspiration Photos: Inspiration photos are used as a guide only. Exact duplication is not guaranteed.
Colour Disclaimer: Colours may appear differently in person than on screens or printed materials.
Edible Decorations: Some decorative elements may be hard or non-edible (such as support sticks or food-safe dowels) & should be removed before consumption.
Pickup Times: Orders not picked up on the agreed date may be considered abandoned after a reasonable period unless alternate arrangements have been made.
Late Payments: Late payment may delay pickup until the balance has been paid in full."
